Each of our candles is hand-poured in small batches and presented in a sleek black 8oz travel tin. We use Golden Brands 464 soy wax, a premium, all-natural wax made from 100% U.S.-grown soybeans. Loved by candle makers worldwide, this wax creates a smooth, creamy finish and a strong, lasting fragrance throw. With soy-based additives that help reduce frosting, our candles burn cleanly and evenly, filling your space with the rich aroma of our carefully chosen luxury fragrance oils.

We want you to love your candle! If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once a candle has been burned or used.

• If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item.

• To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you are returning an item (unless it was damaged, defective, or incorrect), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
