We want you to love your candle! If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once a candle has been burned or used. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item (unless it was damaged, defective, or incorrect), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
